If you want to get chiseled and turn heads, this is the machine. As you can see from the 2nd picture, the program is ready to challenge you from the second you push the "start button". So be warned, it has plenty of attitude to make you give in but also is programmable for beginners too. So it starts slow and will rev up as you meet mile stones. I worked my upper body to a nice definition - 15 minutes (I got up to 30) a day will get the job and results done. You have to put the work, time, and add other cardio workouts to "see results". How big or defined do you want to get is up to you!!! Bring a friend when you pick up this beauty. It weighs 150 lbs but we can take it apart so it's manageable in pieces.
It'll also work on tone and definition too. My wife enjoyed it as a way to tone her legs and glutes but a lighter work out on the upper body worked to get those parts tuned nicely. I also enjoy the leg work out too. We are too up in age to continue the challenge and want to work on core and muscle tone now.
Being honest here and may drive some interested buyers away but we live on the 2nd floor with stairs (no elevator). So bring a friend when you pick up this beauty. It weighs 150 lbs but we can take it apart so it's manageable in pieces. It's down hill from the top anyway - might as well start your workout the day you carry M7 out (that's our nickname for the machine). I hauled it up the stairs all on my own. I've since been injured and can't help do any work. But I'm mending and will be back in shape soon. BTW, I didn't quit...so don't tell M7. Buy it, get it, and get fit!
