This is the Versa Climber H model. It's in Excellent condition and received the Men's Health Home Gym Award in 2020. It really is the best overall body workout I've ever experienced but due to a shoulder issue, I'm having to give this piece of gear up.
It’s a smooth quiet cardio machine built to the standards of a pro gym or health club. I’m moving on to different workouts these days, after using the machine for some great rehab. It is a gently used Versa Climber that I paid 00 for and would like to give it to a good home.
This machine is so simple to use and not like a standard treadmill, elliptical, stepper or spin bike. The Versa Climber H gives a full-body workout, combining the benefits of a stepper and climber in one machine. The arms, shoulders, back, butt and quads are all engaged and no painful pounding on the knees and joints. It is a true total body, vertical workout.
It takes up very little space and is extremely compact. It’s really versatile, whether you’re rehabbing from an injury or looking to push yourself very hard. You can hold the handrails and use the machine as a stepper, then switch and make it a total body climber. It gives you the option in workouts of stepping, walking, jogging, running, and climbing at a 1" to 20” variable height and is fun racing against the machine. It really is a smooth rhythmic motion.
