Vtg YSL Yves Saint Laurent Faux Tortoise Clover Bronze Tone Chain Belt Necklace

Vintage Yves Saint Laurent belt or necklace--amber and brown faux tortoise shell trefoil or clover-shaped medallions are linked together with alternating one and two strand medium bronze/dark pewter-colored metal chains. The YSL hang tag is present. Belt chain is looped at one end, with a hook at the other end. Measures approximately 34" long end to end, including the hook. Tortoise medallions appear to be resin or plastic, and measure 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" with a 1/4" thickness at their thickest point at center (slightly thinner on sides where chains attach). Weighs 8.5 oz. Other auctions are listing similar belts stating that they were manufactured in the 1970's, but I cannot say for sure what decade Yves Saint Laurent put these style belts out. Structurally sound with some light stray surface scuffs/scratches to medallions--in nice vintage condition with no major flaws such as cracks or chips.
